     Thank you so much for all you have done for us, we greatly appreciate it!  We know you have given up weekends and have driven a lot of miles in the search for our perfect first home!  From "ghost houses" to homes that were literally falling apart!  It really meant a lot to us to have someone who is very knowledgable in home repair (among many other skills) to aid us in our search!  It was also a lot of fun working with you!  You have been an integral part of our life for the last year and we greatly appreciate it!  We look forward to working with you in the future and have recommended your services to everyone we know!  Thanks for everything!!!

Well after a long weekend of work and repairs I wanted to take the time to say thank you for everything.  Im sorry it wasn't sooner.
 
All I have to say is that I am so glad you guys were on my side of that table on Thursday.  Those two were so shady and far from the professionalism that our team had.  Thank you for doing what had to be done in what seemed like a long time, but really wasn't as long as it felt.  Our road was bumpy but we made it and I appreciate everything.

I just wanted to take a second to thank you for the work that you put into making this home purchase happen. Although some of the negotiations seemed to take forever, I think the whole process was relatively smooth. After meeting the sellers, I’m even more convinced that the other agent was the cause of the delay, not the sellers. 
The house has been great so far. We are almost completely unpacked. I am going to have my work cut out for me doing various projects around the house, then eventually, I’ll get to all the other improvements we’ve spoken about in some of our conversations. I’m looking forward to getting started on my projects though. I have 10 years of repressed “handy-man” that I have to get out of my system after living in NY City.

We listed our home with Josh at a bad time in the market, and we were concerned that our home would not sell right away. Immediately Josh gave us copies of all the information we would need to know to best sell our home. He took pictures inside and out, and had the information online including a virtual tour within a couple days.
     We were fortunate to sell and purchase a new home (through Josh) within a couple months. The thing that impressed me the most about Josh: if I left him a phone message, he called back within a few hours every time I called. He also worked with the buyer of our home to make sure all the details got handled such as; standing by while the house got professionally cleaned.
